Core Problem:
Lack of leadership at the GM level has
resulted in lack of teamwork at the
Superintendant level.

• Superintendants must coordinate their efforts.
• Employees must be taught to follow chain of command.
• Employees must take better care of equipment.

Don Horton should
call an immediate
mandatory meeting,
give his superintendants
10 minutes to coordinate
their departments and
require that they meet
regularly so this doesn't
happen again.
