improvement is now the expectation. People need
feedback to improve. There are two types of
feedback:

-1) Corrective feedback: Statements must be specific,
____timely and focus on the behavior or work and not
____on the employee's personality. Consider timing,
____location and maintain your emotional control.
____Make sure expectations for improvement are clear
____and understood.
-2) Supportive feedback: Praise must be sincere,
____specific, timely, and include a personal quality
____that contributed to the success.
