An employee uses
company property for
his personal use.

"Nice poster," you say as you walk
past the bulletin board. Steve's HOA
is having community Garage Sale this
weekend. Then you notice that the
poster was printed at work on
company stock.

An employee is trying to
discredit a co-worker.

"You'll never believe what Vivian
did,"
Ross confided at lunch. "She
told the Smiths she can get them a
20% price break if they sign a
contract today."
You know the truth
because you helped Vivian get the
contract. Why is Ross out to
discredit Vivian.

An employee engages
in horseplay.

Bill is such a clown! The problem is
not everybody's laughing. He locked
Sara out of her office last week and
forgot where he hid the keys and put
glue on Chris' pen just before a
meeting. Bill is well-intentioned: He
thinks his humor makes people feel
better.

An employee refuses to
work with a person she
dislikes.

"What's wrong with that Sartini
woman on your staff?"
Joe asks. "All
I asked was please expedite a critical
supply requisition and she screamed
at me to get lost."
You know Ms.
Sartini doesn't like Joe but have told
her it is still her job to take care of all
staff supply needs.
