The hardest part is identifying exactly what tasks
a trainee needs to be able to do.

Training does not have to be complicated and is
most effective when done in a realistic way just before
a trainee needs to perform on-the-job.

Adults remember 90% of what they teach some-
one else so each lesson needs to end with the trainee
training the trainer.
