The most important decision anyone makes is with whom
he or she chooses to associate. When it comes to business
the goal is to associate with people who contribute more
than they extract from the business. It is much easier to hire
an employee than it is to fire an employee. Never hire anyone
if there is the slightest possibility they will not be a positive
contributor to the success of the business.
