Management is the art of using the people and resources
available to get done what needs to be done. Many one
or two member businesses think they do not need an
organization chart because they will be doing everything
themselves. They are technically right in that they don't
need a team - BUT they do need to address performance of
each of the essential function it takes to operate an
organization. To not do this will almost certainly guarantee
failure.
