Right to organize a union and bargain collectively is
guaranteed by Federal Law. Union membership is
expensive and limits what members and employers can do.
People join a union when threatened. A lot of things
have created a decline in union membership and
prosperity of the American middle class.

Customers are king. Quality customer service is all about
people helping people. While providing quality customer
service will not save an entire industry from a huge
economic downturn it will provide the competitive
advantage that makes an organization survive while
competitors go bankrupt.
