not require obtaining a loan.

Grants do not have to be repaid. Most are "need-
based."

Scholarships are competitive. Earning an academic
scholarship often requires a long-term campaign
that includes extreme academic achievement plus
community service.

Work-Study Jobs help students earn money by
working at the college. One advantage of working
on-campus is it provides an opportunity to network
with people who can help you advance your career.
