how to legally lead a diverse team
as needed to accomplish organizational

teaches how to organize
and operate an organization as needed to
cost-effectively meet customer
needs.
Complete
all six courses to earn a
Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
Many graduates use what
they learn in these courses, and being a college
student, to
complete a college degree and advance within the
organization where originally
employed. Other graduates move into front-line
management positions in other
organizations. Relationships develop and some
graduates hire classmates whom they
know and trust.
