Second: Train people to perform tasks


There are different levels of learning...

  • Knowledge: Can repeat facts.
  • Understanding: Can explain what facts mean.

Application: Can apply facts. Teach how to do each task.

The most common learning styles are observing,
listening and hands-on. Teach each lesson more
than one way.
