Federal Taxes: Set up records for Withholding and paying
Federal Taxes: You must keep records of employment for at
least 4 years.

W4 Federal Income Tax Withholding form: You must submit
W4 to IRS on or before the date of employment.

W2 Federal Wage and Tax Statement: You must report all
wages and taxes paid to the Federal Government and wages
and taxes withheld for each employee.

You must complete a W2 for every employee to whom you pay
a wage or other compensation.

State Taxes: Set up records for Withholding and paying State
Taxes.
